Oxford Brookes Univeristy

GSS were Framework Partners with Oxford Brookes University for many years.

The University was operating across three campus sites and had committed to

disposing of its Wheatley site, effectively becoming a two campus university.

Bath College

Masterplanning Scheme Baforth College with aconcept for their Avon Street

Campus. The plan provided a vision to illustrate the College’s role and future

within the World Heritage Site of Bath and its integration within the Council’s

wider scale masterplan development. The first part of the scheme was the

relocations of the catering department.

New Lubbesthorpe Primary School

New built primary school which includes; 14 classrooms, a learning resources

centre, hall, kitchen, staff room, a studio and specialised room, along with

plenty of circulating space. Numerous glazed areas to maximise daylight and

openable windows provide a pleasant learning environment that is also highly

sustainable.

Rush Common Pre School

The project at Rush Common Primary School was to transform an underutilised

bungalow on the school grounds into a dedicated pre-school facility, delivering

a high-quality learning environment. Externally, the transformation included

enhancements to outdoor play areas, creating a seamless extension of the

learning environment that supports both structured activities and free play.

The project also integrated energy-efficient upgrades, ensuring long-term

sustainability while minimising operational costs for the school.
