Masterplanning

Contributed to the preparation of a comprehensive site-wide design code for a strategic masterplan project delivering a new settlement comprising over 4,000 homes. The scheme embedded key placemaking principles, shaped by character area guidance, street hierarchies, green infrastructure, and sustainable drainage strategies. I developed and coordinated detailed coding for built form, block typologies, landscape structure, and design parameters, ensuring consistency across parcels and flexibility for future phases. Worked closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to translate high-level vision into practical, legible frameworks for planning and delivery.
