and bespoke detailing, offering guests a rich, tactile experience just moments
from a Roman-inspired thermal spa.
Masterplanning
A comprehensive design code shaping the delivery of over 4,000 new homes
within a major mixed-use settlement. The document set out principles for
character areas, built form, landscape, and movement strategy, providing a
robust and flexible framework for long-term placemaking.
Cheveral Road
A carefully considered social housing development delivering four two-
bedroom houses and four one-bedroom flats for a local authority. The scheme
focuses on environmental performance, placemaking, and neighbourhood
integration, and was successfully guided through planning committee.
