Cheveral Road

This residential scheme comprises four two-bedroom houses and four one-bedroom flats, delivered as part of a social housing initiative for Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council. Appointed through the council’s housing framework, I acted both as project lead and framework lead, managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring strategic alignment with wider housing objectives. The scheme was developed with a strong focus on environmental performance and community integration, and was successfully taken through planning committee.
